Always an All-In? No!
AK is in horrible shape if your opponent literally only plays pocket Aces
Most players are literally that tight though. The other big situation where AK All-In is horrible is when you are more deepstacked. The deeper stack depths get, then the more chips you can lose per hand, so All-In becomes gradually worse and worse of an option.
AK is a great hand for usually value betting, but there are also times AK needs to slow down and play more cautiously. All-In is an extreme for aggression, but it lacks the nuance of poker.

It really depends. Is it preflop? Do you have to do it? Is there a King on the flop? Did you not hit anything on the flop? Do you know the players on the table? Is it a torunament? Thousands of questions and each time you have to play differently. The cards by themselves do not decide everything that's happening.

Definitely not always. It depends on many different factors: your position, the size of your and your opponents' stacks, the type of game your opponents are playing (lose or tight). There are many different situations in which it is recommended to play AI with AK: you are on a short stack, in late position with no previous raises, you get a good flop (A or K). It is not recommended when you are in late position and there are many bets/raises ahead of you or the board is wet without an A or K. Or just opponent has low vpip and plays aggresive and you have nothing. In that case, it is better to fold for me.

For me, AK isn’t an “always all-in” hand… it’s more like a “sometimes I feel brave, sometimes I just want to see a flop like a normal human” hand.
Shoving every time with AK is great until the poker gods decide it’s “pair vs. two overcards? Let’s have some fun today.”
So no — not always all-in. Sometimes I play it fast, sometimes I play it smooth… and sometimes I just close my eyes and hope the flop is kind.
