Analyzing hands to make better decisions

Do you usually analyze your hands at the end of the day? And if so, does it help you make better decisions for the next games?

yes I do and yes it does. If one does not analyze their play they will continue to make the same mistakes and get the same results.

yeah i think it's not worth giving too many hands just remember where you made a mistake and don't do it again or somewhere if you were afraid to go to the bank and then you saw that you should have gone next time just don't be afraid and go to the bank
