BAD BEAT and Negative Variance: Avoiding Tilt

Good Morning...
From what I've been reading, the negative variance basically starts with a BAD BEAT, and it still takes some time to overcome it (depending on the maturity of the player), I realized that after I take a bad I start raffling my blides .
Does anyone have a good tip to avoid tilting the way?

if you take a bad tilt i consider it now a good thing, weird but i say to myself if i get my money in good how can i be upset.. and the times i do get upset i take some time off, cause the second you get mad is the second your play will be different.. which can be a nice loss of money
