Bad beats — how do you deal with them?

Today I was eliminated in a freeroll with AA against J9, and the opponent connected a runner-runner ladder. It's frustrating, but I also wonder if I could have played it differently. How do you manage bad streaks?

You didn’t give any details about the hand so it is not clear if you could have played it differently.
As far as managing bad streaks, you can just suck it up, curse a little, and continue playing, or you can take a break for however long you think is necessary to recoup your thoughts.

The more bad beats the better the player. Bad beats should be seen as a tariff for good players.

I've been playing poker for almost 10 years and such situations are not a problem for me. It's not a problem because for the last 5 years I've been very strict about bankroll management, which helps me to keep my emotions under control. Any situations are not critical for me because tomorrow I will have a new day and a new limit for the game session

Go to the next hand . Next game . Or call it a day . Maybe take a break of many bad beats have happened lately . If RNG f***s you all the time , why keep on playing online ??? ))))
