best way if you know that you are tilting, end the session , and have a walk, sitting at home with that tilted mind will frustrate you more, just little walk outside wil do miracles . Good luck 🍀🍀

Its kinda hard to end a session when you have 6-10 tables of MTTs

You have to ask yourself what is the reason you tilted ? If its run bad type of scenario, its simple. Just keep moving on with the grind, forget about the hand. If you played hand good thats all that matters. Run bad cant be infinity, so cheers up and try to improve yourself.

I can not understand how ppl can get tilted in an tournament 😂😂
even if you think you are best player in the world , you can not win 10 tournaments in a row
i understand a tilt moment when you play cash games and lose 5/6 pots in a row
if it’s a cash game tilt , it’s easy you sit out next hand and turn pc offline and do something else

If it must eat a bad beat iam a little bit down. Especially in an important tourney or in a endphase of a tourney where it is important to get the luck. Then i try to see the positive things. May i could get earlier to bed. Or that next time iam on the otherside of the badbeat. Another thing that helps me, that i believe the site is not rigged so i could say it is all likelihood. Sometimes it is easier to get the positive mood, but some hands are still in my mind for years.

Buy a stress ball, in case of a bad beat you can at least easily relieve stress.
Anyway, if you see that the game is not going to work that day, it will become clear relatively quickly. In such cases it is best to finish it for the day and look for something else.
