It's a mixture of the two, for sure. No more or less of one or the other.

Feelings are something subjective that each accelerates or stops accelerating as required by each situation at the table. The theory is a source of information for correct decision-making, each one will know the exact point of how healthy it is to use it in an activity that has other influential variants and that cannot be controlled.
