Sometimes we go "tilt" and this affects our performance in other tables that we are playing at the same time.
Do you have some tips to avoid it and stay focused in every table you are playing?

I think that in order not to reach the “tilt” you have to keep in mind that you don't always win, so you don't always lose either, if you are having a bad streak the best thing would be to stop to review your hands and correct what you could have done better

Don't see the losing hands . If you want to study your game decisions , do it after you end your poker session . Bad beats or set up hands to lose might drive you mad or on tilt , better to avoid this

I don't see much of a way to avoid it, sometimes situations will occur that cause tilt, but what I recommend is that you end the day and come back only the next day.

If playing at several tables at the same time has a bad effect on your concentration, then the number of tables should be reduced, even to one.
As for the tilt, I have a very simple rule. I always play according to bankroll management, and I accept any situations, any results with ease without any emotions.

Well it’s easy to tilt when some bad cards come your way.. the other guy hits the turn and river and gets the only 2 cards that could have beat your hand.. or your aces get cracked by a couple of rags.. I get angry and curse and then get it out and remember that I’m still in it, if that’s the case. In the end the up and downswings, especially in big tourneys, are exactly what adrenaline rush I love about poker.. and you can’t have the good without the bad..
