AK for me is a strong hand. But pre-flop poker is unpredictable. So even if you are the favorite you are not guaranteed anything until the river... Not even with AA. With AK even less. What happens is that if you win with AK there is no surprise and you go to the next hand. Now it's lost with AK, we run to groups and forums to complain.

Gotta to love this thread ☺️

People still giving advice 20 years later and then someone makes them aware it's a 20 years old thread but some still continue like the poster above me who does not even read the threads he is participating in 😅

Thing is threads aren't all about the OP, they can be of interest and use to future readers, a new player trying to get a handle on AK could end up here via Google, gain some insights and discover CC: win-win(y)

Not good enough))) AK or AKs are drawing hands , hoping to hit sth on the board . If you know how to play AK of course it is a strong hand like other hands .
