Yes, the easiest way is to lose this hand, but if you have been playing at the table for a long time and you know that a passive player has entered the hand against you or a fish with which you can earn money, you can enter the hand because a passive player can fold after the flop, which will be very common because he will rarely fall into the flop

That sucks, but if I'm too short (less than 5 BB) I try not to wait till the BB, unless I'm near ITM

I guess it's not up to you to decide or judge it, no matter how many publications it has or not, is there a minimum amount of time to be accepted as platinum, am I right or not?

No reason to play this hand even if you are short. If you are to exit you wait for the next hand which, would be better.
