Well depending on what stakes/bankroll you plan on starting at/with you likely don't need to spend money on any course. There's plenty of free info and stuff around on the internet to get you started. These forums offer a 30-day free course which a link to was already provided. You can also check out Jonathan Little's site https://www.mypokercoaching.com/ it has from preflop charts and free info and knowledge. He also videos on youtube if you'd rather watch those.

After all that and for a more GTO route the book Modern Poker Theory https://www.amazon.ca/Modern-Poker-Theory-unbeatable-principles/dp/1909457892 is one that almost everyone recommends and it has solid reviews. I purchased it a few months ago but haven't started reading it yet.
