I would say Tight Aggressive , Early Game , Early ITM , Final Table
Mid game you have to steal some blinds otherwise those who late reg will have more chips than you, and the same Mid game ITM
ITM bubble and FT bubble you must put pressure on small stacks from position

I usually play tight at the start of a tournament, focusing on preserving my stack and studying my opponents. As the blinds increase and I get a better sense of the table dynamics, I gradually become more aggressive to accumulate chips when the timing feels right.

I would say rather tight. There are a lot of players who will pay you off when you hit a hand that the main goal should be to have as much chips as possible then.
