One thing I learned in poker is that playing while tired is usually a bad idea. When you are tired, your concentration is lower and you make more mistakes.
Poker requires focus and good decision-making. Even small mistakes can cost a lot of chips in the long run.
Sometimes the best decision is simply to take a break and come back later with a clear mind.
Do you stop playing when you feel tired, or do you keep going?

An expensive mistake. The only thing you should ever do when tired is sleep.

Exactly. Playing poker when you’re tired is a huge mistake. When your mind isn’t sharp, it’s much easier to make bad decisions, miss important details, and tilt. Rest first, then come back to the tables focused

Absolutely. Playing tired can lead to very expensive mistakes. When you’re not fully focused, your decision-making suffers. The best move when you’re tired is simple: sleep, recover, and come back to the tables with a clear mind

I agree. When we are tired it’s much easier to make mistakes in poker. Sometimes the best decision is simply to take a break.

Since I play tournaments most of the time, I have to play until I get knocked out or maybe win. Sometimes I'm really tired by the end, but the prize is tempting.

You usually want to be in good form to play and that usually means well rested. Sometimes playing tired is justified. You have to accurately assess if your tired state is still +EV for you in that situation. Accurately figuring that out is a challenge in itself, but let's ignore that fact for the moment. You'll usually find being tired to be lower EV than being rested, but sometimes a game is really good when the game won't exist later, so you play tired now to stay in as long as you can.

I played before Poker when I was tired, and it's a mistake, and many time I said to myself never do the mistake again.

Absolutely. The right thing to do is to sleep well the night before, eat well, and drink water. Balancing the needs of the body and mind will greatly help in decision-making at the poker tables.

The worst part is that your 'A-game' disappears but your 'ego' stays awake. You think you're still playing well, but your reaction time is down and you miss all the timing tells. I made a rule: if I catch myself staring at the screen for 5 seconds without knowing what happened, I'm out
