pot odds and percentages

Ive see quite a few posts about figureing out percentages and odds and such.
I am not the greatest when it comes to math, so i wanted to see if there was a place i could find a simple easy way of figureing out odds and such.

Use an odds calculator like pokerstove or poker pro tools.

Is using one of the real time calculators a good idea? ive seen things like sit n go shark and products like it that work with the game your in to show you your odds and outs and such.
or are they not worth the trouble

I printed off a list of #outs to percent
Plan on putting them to memory, I suck at math
but I am able to remember stuff fairly well.
