I would like to learn about the preflop tables for mtt tournaments

Pre-flop charts are only a baseline for different situations. You can, and you should, deviate from them if it looks more reasonable to do so.

If you google pre-flop charts you can find that there are sooooo many of them out there, and most of them are based on choices according to GTO. But if you are just starting out then have a look of our own hand guide:
