Any hand if you are first in preflop and have observed that the player folds often to a raise in bb or folds often to a continuation bet on the flop.

Its more about the players in the blinds, I will raise any 2 vs a player who just folds everything but the best of hand. Now it don't happen often but when it does its great.

Perfect play against them. I do it as well. Just need to make sure there not the type to call any 2 especially if the are all in 3 bets we are making.

If you’re on a steal then you’ve been paying attention to your opponents as they fold way too often. You don’t need a hand for this, any two will do. When they start fighting back you can worry about what cards to do this with. Good luck!

You really shouldnt be open limping the button.

So you want to raise or fold depending on the villans and the icm.

If you just want to steal chips and passive players play after you, do it all the time while they throw cards this is the best option, but if you see such a player's activity, don't press call, play 3 bet and immediately take the chips from such a player and do it as much as he will throw away

Especially in a cash game I will watch and try a couple steals by raising from the button, The blind's stack size and attitude pretty much determines if I will continue. Otherwise you are just wasting chips.
