HOW TO: set up a quick Sweat Video/Audio chat with skype
I found a FREE tool that allows you to project your screen as a webcam.
http://www.manycam.com/
Just go to source and select desktop. I recommend using custom desktop area, and forcing 640x480 resolution (320x240 is default)
That way you just fire up Skype, IM or whatever and use the software to send video as the camera. You don't need to own a cam to do this.
Great for a quick sweat session without having to do something like teamviewer.com or ammyy.com
