Set a stop-loss

To avoid big losses during a tilt, set a stop-loss limit. Example: “If I lose X buy-ins in a session, I'll stop playing.”

...learning how to manage the downswing curve is much more effective than counting buy ins... respect your bankroll, playing buy ins where the sum of your amount includes at least 40 buy ins above...
