It happens aaaaalllllll the time, my friend. :ROFLMAO: The fav hand getting bested, that is. If you make the correct decision at the time and just wind up on the short end of the rabbits foot you should have no problem digesting the outcome because you played your best. If you made a misstep, then look at this as an opportunity to analyze the hand, perhaps fill in a leak or two. It could be something as simple as a missed pre-flop 3-bet or a turn bet that was too little. It never hurts to take a lemon and squeeze it to your liking. You might be surprised what comes out. (y)

No one can afford to tilt for a long time. Including the state of tilt, you need to be able to turn it into something useful. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Poker builds character - especially in difficult times. The most important thing is the ability to control yourself, so you need to learn self-control.

If that's not the hand that throws you out of the tournament, the anger is only temporary and the focus is on the rest of the game and possibly parallel tournaments.
The concentration reduces the risk of a tilt run.

Today I lost with four favorite hands, other times and I learned that this will always happen. But most times it will take me to victories, big winners will always have sad defeats!(y);)

it's difficult no matter how pro you're you can't control the tilt when you lost monster hands for weak hands

It's hard, you can only take a deep breath and not think about what you've lost. no matter how old you are in poker, you can almost never help but feel at some point on tilt

Hello, hhg! For Me answer only one: at once to finish play on some time, and to start again later,
when nervous system is fully recovering, and can reacting on the all adequately!
