Tilt ???? How do you fight him ????

Thanks to everyone for the advice, it's very nice that you all share your stories with me, yesterday, after 2 days of rest, reconsidering my attitude to the game and strategy, I felt confident in what I was doing and my bank increased, playing poker I felt what and how I do, and even some lost hands didn’t affect me, I think I won tilt, and I’m ready to move on towards my goal [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]

You can also deal with tilt by taking a deep breath, walking away, quitting the game and finding something else to do, pray, meditate, etc. Just always make sure that you stay humble and never feel entitled to the game because poker never owes you anything at the end of the day.
