You will gain more and more experience. But a good piece of advice is a golden rule: if you don't win with good hands, don't run after your money. Poker just doesn't work. then take a break for 1-2 days to think about where you messed up. and analyze your game until then. the point is not to let your emotions control you.

if you are worried about it, it's because you don't have a plan. it's obvious that is harder to play without good hands but if you have a good strategy or bankroll mangement (if you have lost) you'll know what to do in that situations.

I think that the best option is take a break for a few days. The patience in poker is really important. In my opinion is really relevant analyze your hands, make your strategy and play again after the break😀

After a lot of beats, I first stop registering. Then if I bust all the tourneys, I surely do not play poker that same day anymore. Because sleep is the only thing that gets me over my frustration.
