So many times I see players squawk about players who love to play ace rag. When is Ax not ace rag? I can't seem to get away from a suited ace; am I playing A rag? What do you think? Fill me in please.

If suited cards with an ace is normal. I usually play with such cards often

In my opinion, it would depend on the position. But, anything like A Q or better is not a rag to me....

Be my guess you are over valuing soooooooooooooted cards, obviously thay can be played in given situations, but just because they are sooted, sounds like a leak to me.

Well, it depends on other factors like position, stacks, blinds and antes level, et cetera. It is ok to play for example A2s or A9off if you are in position and the situation feels right. Otherwise, AT or AJ can get you in trouble if the situation is not right and you should probably fold. For example, if UTG raises and someone 3bets... stay out with AJ! Now if you are BB, everyone folds and SB limps, you can definitely raise with something that qualifies as A-rag (something like A7off for example)

When A rag wins.

If it wins it isn't A rag anymore. [emoji1]

Agreed, if you can get away with seeing a cheap flop then it's a goer.
