At the end of the day, poker isn't about the cards, it's about the people. And people get tired. We make the mistake of thinking that if we study the theory, we'll always win. But the theory is forgotten when we've been playing for eight hours, lost three pots in a row, and are served another drink. bankroll management isn't just about math to avoid going broke; it's about mental health to avoid playing out of fear or anger.

Well said. I'm a very emotional person i tend stop when i'm getting angry and this is interfering in my judgement. I broke some times playing spin and go, and most part of the time was when i get home tired and tried to play, or when i'm drunk or even when i frustated about my job, or other personal things...

It definitely can if you don’t set clear boundaries from the start. For me, the biggest challenge is the schedule, especially since the best games usually run late at night or on weekends when the family is actually around.
