Hello! In Hungary, different rooms and casinos have different house rules. In some places, they sanction bad raises and folding before the hand differently! Does the system really leave a loophole, or perhaps its own authority in a given situation? Have you experienced anything similar? Whether it's a cash game or a tournament!

Different rules for different establishments are normal. The main thing is that you are informed about all these nuances in a timely manner and that you start the game with a clear understanding of what is allowed and what is prohibited. The choice of establishment is yours, and you can choose the one where the rules best match your idea of fair play.

From my experience, it’s less a loophole and more about how much authority the room gives to the floor. Live games often rely on discretion, which can lead to inconsistent rulings on things like bad raises or premature folds. online poker is much clearer since the software enforces the rules automatically. I’ve seen different decisions made in similar situations, especially in live cash games. Consistency really depends on the room and the staff. Have you noticed this more in tournaments or cash games?
