Where are you staying in vegas? Many places have tournaments but many don't have any poker too. Depending where your at I can point you to where I play when there.

They are not in every Casino in Vegas. If you stay downtown Freemont Street only Golden Nugget has poker. On the Strip there are several that have them. Aria, Bellagio, Wynn, Caesars, Resort World, Horeshoe, these are the ones I’ve played before. Oh TI had a small one not sure if they still do. Some off strip Rio, Orleans, South Point. I’m sure there is more this is off the top of my head. Oh Venetian has good ones also.
Good luck let us know how you do!

This is a good list of the tournaments in town and their entry fees.

The Hardrock and Venetian also have poker tournaments and cash games. Both have a good atmosphere to play poker.

Yes.. throw a rock in Vegas and you'll hit both tournaments and cash games.

But as @dannystanks said, Golden Nugget is the only casino on Fremont that has poker now. Not even Binion's has a poker room anymore. Golden Nugget has some good tourneys and cash games, though.

Most Caesar's properties (home of the wsop) are on the strip. Horseshoe, Caesar's Palace.... I was about to mention Flamingo, but I just remembered they no longer have a poker room.

The Venetian, Wynn, and Aria have some really nice poker rooms, too.

Off strip, South Point or Red Rock are awesome.

For cheap tourneys, Sam's Town is the place to go. I'm pretty sure Sahara on the strip still has good cheaper tourneys as well.

I love South Point, and just up the street breakfast at the Big Bear Diner first. :)

Sadly Sahara closed their cozy little poker room last November. I'm staying there this year since all of the hotel staff were so nice to me when I played a tourney there last year. I was looking forward to being able to play a bit at the cash tables before heading for bed. :( I know that I'll still have a fantastic time, and also be able to walk a mile down the street to Vickie's Diner for breakfast. :)

Ah man.. sad to hear Sahara closed their poker room. My win at the Sahara 3 years ago is my 1 Hendon Mob listing lol. It was a nice little poker room with friendly players and staff. It seemed like a room where more of the locals go if they were to play on the strip. I liked the Sahara when I stayed there.

you can download app from AppStore "PokerAtlas" it shows schedule for all tournaments in Las Vegas in different casinos.

I was few weeks ago there and you can play in every casino either cash game or tournaments. The tournaments usually every 2h and buy-in starts from 60$ up to 200$ depending on casino.

Nice work! You're in the book. :) I have a listing for 27th place at South Point in 2023.

Last year I was staying at the Flamingo and took the monorail to the Sahara. What impressed me the most about the service was when I walked into the main lobby and asked a handsome young man for directions to the poker room. Instead of describing how to get there, he escorted me all the way to it. :) That is when I decided I'd be staying there this year. Excellent customer service. :)

Also, with having stayed at the Flamingo last year, I'll be in the other "bookend" of the Ocean's 11 (1960) heist. :) They are the only survivors as the three in the middle are no longer there. I'm going to enjoy exploring because I'm sure that I only saw a handful of the phots they must have of celebrities and other famous people. :)

The Flamingo is one of my favorite places, too, and the only casino poker room where I hit a Royal Flush. Wish they still had theirs up and running, too. Seems like all of the poker rooms where I won money in Vegas have all shut down lol. Except Golden Nugget, which I don't see that one shutting down any time soon with it hosting a ton of poker games and the only poker room on Fremont now.

I love the Flamingo's Flamingo Habitat. That's my place in Vegas to just relax.

Wow...that is very very impressive...well done! :) I can understand your missing it because it probably holds that sentimental value for you. :)

It must have been a perfect place to stay for poker with the Horseshoe across the street on the south, and Caesar's to the west. :)

Well, at least you had some good times while they were open, and made some happy memories. :) Thank you for the reminder about the Golden Nugget. Hopefully their March schedule will be the same as January's so I can go over there Tuesday or Wednesday night while I'm in town.

That is gorgeous, and definitely the place to relax and unwind. The wood ducks reminded me of where I grew up, though these were much tamer and liked posing for pictures. :) We lived on a river and would see the ducks passing by. One year we even had a mother wood duck raise her young in one of our trees by the river. :)

Yeah, unfortunately it was a tourney and not a cash game, so I didn't get a high hand or Royal Flush bonus, though lol. I ended up winning that tourney, too.

They offer wedding services at the Flaming Habitat.. Erica and I considered getting married there. This was from March 2019, during the same trip where I hit that Royal Flush lol:

The poker room at Bellagio is the largest and most famous, and they play cash games there.A very common theme: hit and run. Some jerk comes in, sits down, puts his stack on the table, wins a $100 pot and runs away. Don't pay attention, don't try to teach him how to live, and generally don't let him get on your nerves. When in Bellagio WPT don't even think about playing cash there, and when in Vegas WSOP forget about cash altogether.
It's best to come at about two in the morning, when everyone who won has already left, and those who got dirty or drunk are still sitting.

That would be a beautiful location to take your vows. :) You make a really nice looking couple, and wherever you chose to get married I'm sure that you'll live happily ever after. :)
