Having a Hard Time Getting Action in Live Games

So I generally play the 1/3 at Harrah's New Orleans which is capped at $300 when the table opens, but then you can buy-in or add on to the amount of the big stack at the table. My issue is over about the last dozen sessions, I have had a lot of trouble getting action at these games.

Players will fold to even nominal aggression without the nuts. I can't remember the last time I was called on a 3 bet with anything less than QQ+. There will be a splashy player who joins the table for a little while that provides me some action and usually profit, but other than that, I just sit there for hours grinding. I'm a rec player, so its not about the money, I make way more from my day job then I could ever dream of playing poker. But the complete lack of action leads to me feeling like I "wasted" an entire day. In the last dozen sessions, I've booked one $1500 win, one $800 loss, and 10 sessions that were positive but between $1-$350. Do you guys think moving up in stakes is advisable or will I just get killed at 2-5 by real players?

What do you want to see happening at the table?
Are you limited to just one location (Harrah's) for your play?

Hello friend first of all in Poker you must remember to read the style in which the players are applying at the table, if they are aggressive, if they often pay 3 bet among others, then yes you see if you can make 3 bet or not if they will accept it or not, then first the reading of the style then the level of luck of the players there will play more firmly

How about Friday night and Saturday? If the game is still dead, perhaps change casino or play PLO if you really want to get "actions".

Rather not, because no matter how low the limit of the games is, I still find the emotion that I look for in each hand
