When playing live poker at the casino I never listen to music as for me that is a distraction and as well one would miss the chitter chatter of others at the table which sometimes can give you a better read on a player.
Just my opinion but I prefer not to listen to music.

No, never really. I almost always watch football while playing poker. I also run a lot on the treadmill. It is then ideal to play poker, then time flies during your run.
