Tell Me your bad beat stories

I have recently in the last year mostly i have been getting a hell of a lot more bad beats. I am sick and tired of losing my mind thinking how the hell i could always lose to a 1 to a four outer seemingly every time. Let me hear them bad beats maybe a little discussion will help figure out how to avoid this way of thinking and how i can help get out of it.
