I start well, but lose concentration after 2-3 years. Any tips for rebooting in the middle of a session?

This is a rather individual question. For example, during a 5-minute break, I just need to go and wash my face with cold water. It helps to some extent. Hot tea or coffee also invigorates me and helps me to play more concentrated.

Carnivore diet... the keytones it produces keeps your mind sharp and your body runs on fat which burns slow,so you don't need to eat very often because the body will eat stored fat . I can go 3 day no eating and also you don't need much sleep... 4 -5 hours. Fatty read meat for the win!

Depending on how long are your sessions.
In my case, I have 5-8 hours sessions. I use to start after lunch or a meal.
Before I start, I fill my bottle, and sometimes I prepare a snack, in order to pick it up quickly during a break. I also have my mate ready.
I use every break to go to the bathroom also.
During the sessions, if I feel I lose concentration, I try adding more tabes, or I watch something in the background, or I check what's new on Cardschat.
Also, if I'm playing at few tables, sometimes I use the gaps between hands to stretch. That makes me feel more relaxed.
