By my opinion, the best decision for ignore toxic chat, and that not react on this all in during Game,
this turn off chat! That's all! And no one problems, and may to concentrate only on Poker!

well i had emoticons and throwables turned off since they appeared, also chat tab is off and chat bubbles too, so I don't see anything toxic behind such firewall.

Yes, I had that perception and that little problem at the beginning, so today I play Poker without emotion and without talking and I also listen to a meditation song so I don't get tired. We're evolving our minds along with Poker all the time.

There will always be them and they still get annoyed when they play with garbage hands and you beat them with the best rank, then they start insulting you and throwing objects at you, which I do sometimes I answer them and make fun of them, but the vast majority of the time I prefer to block and ignore them

You have verious options at your dispopsal:
1) turn off chat and/or throwables altogether
2) Block the specific user (block chat)
3) If the text in the chat is truly offensive or hate filled, you can report it to Poker Stars. such behaviour can be reviewed and may result in a suspension of their account
4) sit and wait and throw stuff back
5) realise that this is a tilt tactic they are using...and it is working! Read up on Tilt Control and practise some of the exercises. Find your Zen and then take him out... I often do this by limping AA/KK and then jamming on the flop.
