We really enjoy playing poker, both live and online. But it’s also very interesting to watch professional players on YouTube, like Phil Ivey or Daniel Negreanu, to study their strategies and decision-making.
Do you think this kind of strategy is actually applicable to our own online poker games, especially at low or mid stakes?
always online reality is only for fun

Online is online.
Reality, as I understand it, is a live game.
If you want to play online the way you play live, I think you're in for a big disappointment. online poker and live poker are as different as, say, real soccer and soccer on a PC.

I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle. While the fundamental math and logic behind pro decisions are the same, the execution at low or mid stakes needs to be very different. You can learn about positioning and range construction from pros, but trying to pull off a high-level bluff against a recreational player online is usually a mistake because they are simply not thinking about the game at that level.

You will not be able to apply the strategy of a professional player for one simple reason. You have no experience. Without experience, you will not be able to apply any adequate strategy. Experience is your foundation. Only by accumulating experience will you begin to form the foundation on which your strategy will be built.
If you are an experienced player, you will never do such a foolish thing and apply a strategy used in live games when playing online.
Your question shows that you simply do not have any experience yet :)

It is clear that in reality it is much better to play poker and it does not have as many hits on the back as online, online I can only say a positive that it is more comfortable but it shows who is behind the other cards
