Hello. In my case the pokername at the table is the random including my name and seven numbers.
So i think that it's not have the sence always. But at the same time many players choose the nickname carefully for their own reasons.

A player is either disciplined or not. A player either has a goal or not. A player either has positive results or not. Everything is quite simple in my opinion

I play using the screen name EmilyWT. One day another player asked me what the "WT" meant, and I said it was my initials. He never said another word so after the game I looked it up and it is slang for "white trash". LOL!!
