taxes on online poker winings

I am planning to move to either Slovenia or Slovakia. Are online poker winnings taxed in these countries? What are the laws related to poker? Can someone help? Thank you.

Online poker is formally allowed in Slovakia, but in reality there are no legal rooms in the country, and offshore sites are blocked by providers and transactions in their favor are prohibited. The totalizator tax is 1% of income in Slovakia. The gambling business tax in Slovakia is levied along with corporate tax.

I think almost everywhere this is done at 1% of profitability or I'm mistaken when withdrawing money, they charge me a small commission, I don't even notice it almost, but I think it's somewhere 1% and a resident of Kazakhstan
