ACR bitcoin 200% first deposit

I made my first deposit on acr. They have a promo saying you get 200% bonus using bitcoin. You get like a dollar into your account for every 27 points you take in or something. I meet the requirements..first deposit and a min of 25$ but I’m not getting anything after I get the right amount of points. Anybody know how this works? I sent them an email haven’t heard back yet been a day or so

Hello, let me clear your doubts. Keep in mind is a Reload bonus, which means that you have to play any real money game to be able to accumulate points so you can release the free cash. Clearing the bonus is easy. Your bonus will be released in increments of $1 per every 27.5 Award Points you generate through your play at our real money tables. You can check the progress in the bonus bar.
