Black Chip Poker - How to create Bitcoin and withdraw to Bitcoin

Good Afternoon,

I paid an amount in to Black Chip poker by visa and then asked how to withdraw funds in the future.

All of the poker accounts I have allow me to get money back using the card I deposited with.

However Black Chip state they do not allow this function and need to use Bitcoin.

I created an Electrum Bitcoin wallet but when i input this address it will not recognise and allow me to withdraw funds.

Has anyone used Black Chip and got any hints or tips.
