Bovada deposit methods/withdrawal

I've been looking around trying to find out what ALL of the deposit methods are for Bovada, and also what the withdrawal methods are. Their site doesn't show anything to do with payments/withdrawals, and I can't find anything here at CC.
I'd like the info for Canadians, please! and thank you!

You can deposit with CC WU or Moneygram. After you have an account over a year you can do direct deposit withdrawals to your bank. I would recommend using moneygram to deposit. If you don't deposit with with moneygram or WU you can't use them to withdraw. They have changed their policies lately. You can withdraw by check, WU, or Moneygram.

Thank you for replying. Much appreciated. I was hoping they used Instadebit or similar. I'll have to look into the other methods, as I've never used them before.
