Help Needed! How to download Pokerstars.exe so I can cash out?

I am such an idiot. When PokerStars went down, I uninstalled the software from my computer!! Now its saying we can cash out (a whole $135 yay), but I have no way to get to the cashier. When I go to the downloads page it won't let me download because I'm U.S. Suggestions?

I never touched my pokerstars and mine is still working fine, I would suggest trying to download it from a different browser.
I would also suggest sending an email to [email protected], but be a little patient, they are busy.

DON'T CLICK ON THE DOWNLOAD LINK!!!!

Right-click on the download button and select "save link as" or "Save As". Save to desktop and run the .exe.

ugh so close!

Thanks for the suggestions.

I tried both chrome and Explorer, no luck. Went to the UK site and right-click "save link as...". It showed it as getting info from pokerstars.co.uk to download PokerStarsInstall.exe but then it changed to "usaplayers.htm". Sad face. Any other ideas?

Maybe try downloading from the .net site??? Not sure if you'll be able to access your cashier from that client but it's worth a shot.

I just tried that, but Pokerstars.NET doesn't have any cashier option. I've emailed support so we will see how that goes. Thanks for trying to help!
