Theres a thread somewhere that Dakota is doing a great job in with getting active members paid with lock poker last I checked she was already on Round 4 last itme I saw the thread like 3 or 4 days ago :

By round she's doing a handful of players at a time and sending them to Lock and its like a line but only active members this way people don't join CardsChat just to get Lock to pay them...

I'm very happy I joined CardsChat they do a WONDERFUL job of taking care of their members the Mods do a lot and a great job... especially Dakota she does an amazing job and is professional and nice to members. =)

I withdrew $2000.00 on December 6th, 2012 .. after months of useless support help and bs responses I finally got in touch through e-mail with "Shane" in late March and he had told me that my withdrawal was in the next batch that would be processed.. well he was right and it processed on March 28th... When I had nt received my money in the issued timeframe of 7-14 days I obviously became more worried and frustrated. I then got e-mailed him again and he said he would try and find out what was going on and then told me this...Hi Ryan,

I have sent your details over to the cashier manager but havent gotten a specific reply yet.

I do know that they are working through the cashout backlog as quickly as possible and hope to have all the old cashouts cleared very shortly.

Best,

Shane

Since this I have e-mailed him 4 times with no response.. so my question is this. What should I do?

This is exact same thing that happened to me only I to processed on 4-20-13 stating 7-10days but haven't seen anything. Now they quit responding to my emails also. = Bad Indian sign

Hello,

I am new to this site and rejoined online poker about a month ago. I use to play for a living years ago mostly on paradise/stars/full tilt. I quit a couple years before black friday to start another business venture.

I put money on Lock and built it up from $50 to above 2k in a couple week. I cashed out for $1150 a couple of days ago and then started reading post on here about Lock. I am use the days of getting your money with a week at worse.

It looks like i should move over to Bovada?

Is there anyway to expedite my cashout on Lock.

Thanks

The current cashout situation (including ROW cashouts) is the reason why I actually stopped playing the majors on Sunday. Last thing I want right now is cashing big and then having to wait for months to get the money.

having said that I need to add that until today I have always recived my cashouts from Lock though it might take (for me) up to 4 weeks to receive it via Skrill.

However, Hubart and Greg selling of some of their roll on 33 cents to the $ on 2+2 didn't help the current value of Lock$.

If I cash big, then I will survive to wait weeks for money. :) This is not PS with hyperfast cashouts, I see.
Lock belongs to Merge Network and this network is pretty reliable.

I didnt know that. Never mind, I just doubled up twice a short stack (preflop allins: A7(me) vs 10Q and AK(me) vs A4), so he's not short stack now...
Now I lost again against A4 with AK, so I think the tourney will be soon over 4 me. :/

After a long struggle and later having a few "good" cards like A7o, I finnished at 61st place winning 262 dollars. :)
At the bubble I had to fold KK against huge stack preflop later an AK too...the lobby doesnt show exactly when the bubble period is over. With AK I could have triple up but I didnt know exactly the bubble period is over or not...so I folded. Of course later I didnt get any good hand and dropped out with A9 against AK.

Now I'm curious about the cash out procedure...

Sounds like a nice run even if you only came 61st and it also sounds like you made some very decent plays. :)

Good luck on the cashout. Never know how fast or slow it goes with Lock but pretty sure that you'll get your cash in hand at one point.

As for the confusion of Lock being on Merge. Lock left Merge a year ago to purchase Cake and brand it to Revolution. In the end the deal never went through and a 3rd party (or a new shell company) bought Cake.

So officially Lock is just a skin on Revolution but operating their own cashier system which is handled by JDB Services NV who also owns Lock, Cipaco NV and all it's domains.

So Lock is basically their own payment processor and hence blaming some of the cashout problems on the payment processors and the amounts they can safely move through their pipes (specially to and from US players) is to some extend just a big blur.

Lock has too many troubles. I would avoid at all costs. You can play, have fun, but you may never see your money if you ever need to cash out.

Lock Poker Withdrawal Question

I know that they take forever to withdraw, that's not my question.

What comes after "Verified"? How many "steps" am I away from getting my money is what I really want to know?
I think first it's "Requested" (On March 26th :( ). Then "Verified" (got excited when I saw this on April 11th, but nothing since then).

Also how frequently should I email them?

Hmm. I'm not sure what to say to that. I just started play on Lock about a month 1/2 ago. I requested a payout about two weeks ago, but they told me it would be about 4-5 weeks processing time for Western Union. Now I've been reading (rumors) that it's been taking other players longer due to speculated reasons. I don't know any real details at all, so I honestly don't what to say, but I hope everything works out. Lock is actually how I found out about Cardschat. I saw they had a really decent freeroll on Saturdays and I love tourneys where I play with the same people a lot, and I can actually talk to them outside of the tables too. That's what made me decide to join Cardschat. I just wish Cardschat had a real money private tourney on Lock... that would be sweet too. I realize that doesn't really answer one question you asked LOL, but I'm just bored :) CHEERS!

If you're talking about Western Union cashouts, then after Verified comes the Sender Info, and then finally the control number. It can take a short or long time between each step (very, very long in my case). Lock is very inconsistent with that.

Just noticed that the "gambling authority" (lol) gambling911.com has removed all Lock adverts from their site and also unpublished the previously released "exclusive interview" with Jennifer Larson in which Lock's CEO had "clarified" the current cashout situation and again stated why Lock wont allow their accounts to be audited though it's part of CIGA's code of conduct in order to operate and maintain under a Curacao gaming licence.

However, those interviews are gone same as all links which is very odd. Odd for the reason that the G911 owner Chris Costigan has very close ties to Lock to the extend that he was one of Larson's guests at the recent Lock party in Porto, Portugal.

It is very interesting to see G911 moving in that direction and I would like to hear from Costigan why he's come to such change of mind.

LOCK WU withdrawal

Does anyone know if asking for less money than your withdrawal will result in quicker payout? I offered to only take $1500 of my $2000 withdrawal to speed the process...I'm so depressed over this.

Req: 3-13
Verified: 4-11
and now nothing

Of course I could be totally wrong, but just based on what I'm hearing from everyone, it just seems unlikely. I know there have been people who have tried to keep it under a certain amount because they heard those smaller cashouts would be processed more quickly, but they're still waiting.
