Not sure how many on here are US players, but I've been warning everyone I know to avoid this site. I requested a withdrawal of $400 on February 7th, it was verified in April, and I still haven't received anything. As another member mentioned, when I request a timeframe from customer support, they just avoid the question. I can only assume that it is a Ponzi scheme of some sort, and they don't have the money.

I'm not asking for assistance - just getting the word out wherever I can. Stay away!

I like the quality of the site and the games offered. Their customer service was a bit slow when depositing. (expect to wait a few days.) The games are harder than elsewhere ive played. I haven't tried cashing out. Give this site a go if you can some how guarantee that youll get paid.

That would be correct. I wish withdrawing 10k at a time would be a lot nicer then 3k maximum considering your lucky to get it within 4-5 months.

Is there anyone that can assist me with expediting a pending withdrawal I have with Lock Poker? Every time I contact support their timeframe gets pushed back 3-5 weeks. Thank you in advance.

They stopped answering my emails. I just wanted to know why they declined my withdrawal. No answer. No live support. What can I do?
I think I will never see that money what's in my cashier.
If I start an other withdrawal they will decline it again...after 6 weeks "processing time". I know.
So this is my experience with them... :/

Ok, now I could talk with live support. He said the problem was that I didnt deposited, so I have to deposit and only after this I can withdraw the money.
It can be true that I didnt deposited, I cant remember. It's an old account. Moreover I had same problem with an other room before, so I believed it.
So despite all my distrust towards them I made a minimum deposit.
Now I'm curious what will happen...I will post here about it.

I'm in the same boat. What's discouraging is I've only received one auto email and it's still requested. Have you contacted them?

I think a couple of our members have. Them leaving 2+2 wouldn't impact our members though. We have never had a support forum so nothing has changed here.
