Poker rooms & Paypal

Why many poker rooms don't accept paypal ? How comfortable it used to be ! Maybe there is news on this topic?

Saw some article that only ~ 15 countries in the world consider paypal suitable for gambling sites (incl Germany) ...
With that in mind it's probably even more questionable why cardchat treats paypal like it's the only e-wallet in the world while in fact skrill & netteller are available in way more countries worldwide ...

Here where I live (Brazil) I don't know any poker room that accepts Paypal (and a lot of people uses paypal here). I guess it's because online poker is not regulated here until now. It would be very nice if one day they start to accept Paypal here.

It’s not that the poker rooms won’t accept PayPal but rather the other way around.
