Did you deposit at least 20 dollars? If you did then the tickets, etc. should become available to you inside the poker client software. Look around, the first tickets should be there.

Yes, I deposited 20 dollars, and yesterday I received the tickets, I thought the tickets were a bonus, I hadn't identified them as part of the 30 dollars, I thought it would be a credit of 30 dollars.

You will receive 20 dollars as tickets, and 10 dollars in cash. All should be delivered in six days.

You should get some of this money equivalent to tickets. Rest of it - $ directly to bankroll.

It's a little weird because the next seems like blocked. I've made the deposit yesterday... the first tickets are available but there's one "confirmation first deposit Bonus - Check my Stars" that is blocked and it expires today. I can't understand.
