Skrill physical card?!

Hey CCers!


Has anyone ordered Skrill's physical card? I mean , I am trying to get mine for 3 months now. I ordered it the first time with the standard delivery and I have been waiting for 2 months to arrive to Greece but it lost. I contacted the CS and told me that they will cancel this specific card plus they will refund my 10 euro fee for the activation , this indeed happened!

I ordered again a second card and the estimated arrival time has passed again by 15 days( again with the standard delivery method). There is a DHL delivery option which costs 22 euro but isn't much 33 euro just for a card? I mean it would be nice and convenient to have the card because you by pass all the withdrawal fees by the banks and IMO is super secure.

Any thoughts or similar experiences?

Did you receive any tracking code for the delivery? Having your card go missing twice is definitely not a good sign.

And make sure that you are well informed about their fee structure. Currently Skrill seems to have some "summer campaign" but who knows what comes after.

For customers with accounts registered in Greece, we have waived the fees on withdrawals to a bank account from 27/05/2022 to 31/08/2022 inclusive.

No , they send me nothing for tracking... Oh haven't seen it that Nafor , about the fees ,I will read it .

The Skrill Virtual Prepaid mastercard allows you to use the funds in your Skrill account to make purchases online wherever Mastercard is accepted. Since this is a virtual Skrill MasterCard, it cannot be used offline. The virtual card can only be used for online transactions. The main benefit is that you can decide how long the Skrill MasterCard should be valid, giving you an extra layer of security and avoiding potential fraud that is more likely with a regular plastic Skrill card MasterCard. Only those users whose account is registered at an address from the EU (SEPA zone) and after full verification can order a virtual card.

I have activated the virtual Skrill card. I just wanted to be able to use my Skrill card for some offline transactions!
