Well i personally would go with old school antonio esfandiari.
I always thought he was already a Hall of famer. But to my surprise when i peeked in the list he was nowhere to be found:oops:.

Standing somewhere outside the HOF, on the grounds, if you insist, but definitely outside, with the doors locked & the windows closed is where he belongs. (y) I haven't seen nor heard him on TV for years & it's still not long enough. I know there have been more annoying people than him, but for consistently, obnoxious, rude behavior over time he's still my #1.
