As for who can play, it's a good question as I don't know if it's restricted to Brazilian players. This stage of the Brazilian poker championship takes place in the city of São Paulo, Brazil

Not so long ago, I wanted to register for a satellite online, but I couldn't because only Brazilian players could register.
Then I think the series will only be available to Brazilian players :unsure:...
