This week in all things poker CardsChat contributor Bob Pajich reports on a new poker show 'Cash Flow' filmed at PokerGO studios, hosted by Justin Young and Art Parmann. The first airing was on Thursday, March 13, 2025. The show will only be available to PokerGO subscribers.

Connecticut legalized online poker in 2021 but has yet to launch an online poker site. However, legislators are planning to apply to join the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement and with any luck joining the MSIGA could help online poker players from Connecticut. Currently, New Jersey, Nevada, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia can pool online poker players while Pennsylvania could be on board as soon as next month.

The WPT has put the popular Bay 101 Shooting Star series back on its schedule after a lengthy hiatus. The full series will take place at the San Jose casino from Oct. 17-31. The Championship event was and will continue to be a big draw with a twist. Each starting table is guaranteed to have a 'Shooting Star'. In the past, to identify the 'Shooting Star', the player would wear a t-shirt defining their status as well as a $2,500 bounty on them.

A few months ago, it was reported that a JACKS casino dealer was charged with 14 counts of theft after a player watched and reported the dealer pocketing chips. After the investigation by the Ohio Casino Control Commission, it was found the total amount stolen was less than $1,000 and Jason Saliba, 51, was charged with a misdemeanor therefore he avoided jail time by paying a fine and has been banned from JACKS casino for life.

And that is just some of the goings-on in poker this past week. :)

He got off lucky, in my opinion. If he had stolen more than $1,000 it would be a different story.

Na minha opinião, ele teve sorte. Se tivesse roubado mais de US$ 1.000, a história seria diferente.
So he got away with it because they discovered the fraud immediately, if the price were high the gravity would be enormous!
