online poker may become popular again in Ontario, canada, as the province's highest court ruled that 'it would be legal for (poker)sites to accept international players'. A 4-1 judges' decision on November 13, 2025, declared it is possible to 'remove geofencing', allowing poker sites to offer their services to gamers worldwide.

And in my country, online poker is getting worse and worse. Perhaps this is for the better for those who can't resist the temptation to spend their entire budget on gambling.

Looks like Ontario just clicked “remove geofence” like it’s a pop-up ad. If this sticks, online poker there is about to go from quiet neighborhood game to international traffic jam — in the best way. Time to warm up the clicking finger!
