Last I know he doesn't work unless you regularly deposit a certain amount per month.

Ok, so I am visiting Ontario and 888 has a separate Ontario 888 poker app. When playing on that (wow.. this is probably the softest of the soft poker fields you can get btw), I saw the genie! But I could not get him to open the daily spins wheel. Proof of life below Upon looking at the terms...

Nope, by me works, but in past over 3 years didn't win anything but freeroll tickets in daily spin.

I'm happy with it, but this wheel of fortune is awfully annoying. It's just not possible to always get the same free lottery on every spin; obviously, it's all set up. If they were just giving away the same ticket every day, it wouldn't be so annoying.

To be clear I am talking about the "Daily Wish" not working (Not the Daily Free Spin that invariably rewards a "Freeroll")..

Its no more there on the .com client since many months already. Probably a UK only thing 😅 or some other markets still got it too idk.

Where is the spin located in your software?

I have links on the PC client that take me to the webpage, I can access the "Genie" from there - but it just times out and no wheel appears.

Genie appears in bottom right of webpage..

I also tried the mobile App, click on casino, have the genie appear there but just times out after clicking it.

Wondered if others are having the same issue, or is it a me problem, but you'd think I get a message saying so?

I recommend you to ask other UK players. On the .com client the spin does no more exist or they took it away from certain players (like me for example 🫣).

Maybe the are working on this part of the site as the genie has gone and now a more "politically correct" wheel has appeared..

I have read other UK users not being able to access the daily spin, so it's not just a me problem, hope it returns soon!

Did u actually deposit in the casino with a code? That could be the reason why u got that spin while others dont.

No I only ever deposited on Poker (that was the qualifying condition).

I think the Daily Wish isn't available in some countries (maybe no longer in the UK

)

Maybe some kind of first deposit bonus for a limited time who knows but officially that spin is supposed to be gone. Noone here and that i know seems to have it anymore.
