For Brazilian players
I've been trying for a long time to confirm my documents, if you were able to, can you tell me which documents were sent and how long it took?

Well, I already did this a long time ago, but at the time what they asked for was the basics, Current identity document or driver's license with photo, proof of current address, less than three months old, and make a first deposit to link the data banking services, remembering that all documents must be scanned.

I remember that the approval of my documents took four days, but everything went well, and to this day they haven't asked me for anything else.

The 888 does not accept photos taken with a cell phone, only scanned with good quality, but nothing that a good printer cannot do.

My withdrawal just hit my account. Drivers license, a cc bill and an investment account is what I sent. Was a lot of rigmarole but it happened. I’m in Canada, only option was wire transfer sadly, would have loved a trophy cheque. Wrong thread I know but I’m way up. Way up.

not only Brazilians, I heard many countries have problems with 888 - it's just business and will take a long time to resolve

they even ask for your address, what's going on, maybe they'll ask what color underwear I have
but if I don't have an address I live in a forest tent

Wouldn't actually be surprised about that since these gambling sites sure ask you almost anything ...
Also if you sure dont have address and/or live in forest tent then guess you have to somehow make it clear to them ...
The same would apply for example when you dont live alone and they ask for whatever bill (like utility one) which is paid by your room mate instead ...

888poker I think takes more time to confirm your id . But on the end there is no problem .

Of course, I’m not from Brazil, but I also encountered the problem of confirming documents. I spent three months on this to get it approved. I wrote to the mail, sent documents online, wrote to online support. In the end, it helped solve the problem only by writing to [email protected] and sending the documents here.

I've been trying to resolve it for months and I'm not successful, I'll try using this email

I verified my account a few years ago, I had sent the copy of my ID and a proof of address. It only took a few days to they accept the docs. Hope they resolve your problem.

For me the same. They asked once for verification again and that went through without any problems too.

However there are loads of complaints online on multiple sites.
