In the software it is the button "FREESPIN" under the cashier button, in the App it is one of the banners at the bottom.

LOL I'm 99 and I get no win all the time (sometimes "very valuable" Lucky Chip tickets which I already have plenty and never use, they just keep on expiring).

Yeah, I know about this option and I was spinning the 2nd time on the phone for like a month - gave me only Lucky Chip tickets at best lol. I'm damned.

So I deleted this app, as for me it wasn't worth it. Or maybe I'm just lazy and impatient. Either way, I don't care about this spin anymore

I have the same problem! I have played the spin whell several times too and always I got only 2 of the 8 results possible...! Only X (nothing) or always the Ticket for a tournament that if I finish ITM I get $0,15 and it is always held in bad times for players who work because in Brazil it is always 10:00 am our 16:00 both when I am in my work...lol

the fact of the matter is that with the mobile version, I generally can not turn the wheel. the system for some reason does not allow to do it. [emoji23]

I made deposits, rotated the drum and won two or three times a month. I do not play very often, but when I show activity, I rotate the drum and get a prize

I lost access to the daily free spin after I had to create a new account because of a thenical issue with my existing account. I called 888 support but they refused to transfer the spin priviledge to my new account, although they did transfer my existing tickets. When I was spinning the wheel with my old account I would get mostly Lucky chip tickets, less than half the time I would get try again outcomes, twice I got $5 casino freeplay.
It is obvious that the spin outcome is not random. 888 assigns a budget to the free spin prizes and they award prizes to select players according to some undisclosed criteria. All of which is perfectly within their rights.

888 has just changed the lucky chip into snow ball wheel. I thought there will be a significant change but only name and skin has been changed with the same prizes.

This is not true. I have won many times big prizes in the past few months off of spin wheel. In last two months I have got 2 16$ and 3 5$ big fish tix as well as other prizes like casino and free bets.

I pay no rake, not since tried to clear my initial deposit bonus. I have not play cash games in months, and the only tourneys I play are freeroll and the ones I get tix from on spin wheel.

I also get a few of the Wild Surprise tix or w/e the current promo is *now GrandHand.

Be thankful for the prizes recieved, you will get lucky from time to time, just keep spinning.
