I never made a deposit at 888 and I win tickets on a daily basis....I dont think deposits affect anything

Which app? I never found 888 mobile Apps.

Look like that we can only play on the webapp with our mobile device.

I cannot spin the wheel on webapp today, who have the same problem?

I only see a circle turning around...

I had the same problem with spinning wheel today.. regarding mobile app its on their website and you can download it from there

I haven't been able to do either the mobile or regular spin today, it just sits there without the wheel coming up...

I need those spins, they are quite lucrative.
I hit 5 Big Fish tickets on the spins this week, 2x $5.50 and 3x $16.50 and used them all over the last 2 days.
I cashed in a $5.50 yesterday for over $21 and just finished the last $16.50 and cashed for $42.48, so 2 out of 5.

Once from your computer or desktop everyday and at any time within 24 hours. For timings they use GMT.
Second spin is available only on mobile. You need to download 888 mobile app. This spin is also available everyday but not for 24 hours. It is available during 1700 GMT to 2400 GMT.

I don't think spin is fixed. They offer tickets so that you may remain active at their site. Sometimes you don't get any ticket for couple of days but next day they may reward you with two tickets at a time or a big tournament ticket.

I think, they may have some problem with the spin since Yesterday. Today also i can't spin on computer.
Or, may be they are changing the wheel. They do that at regular intervals as and when new promotions are added. I think, it will be in order within a day or two.

I use my ipad every day for my 2 spins.

Just go to the website from your ipad browser.

Type the below address exactly into your web browser on your ipad and save it a favorite, you can even make a homescreen icon so it looks like an app. Don't write www. infront, just type it the exact way it is below to access the mobile client from your ipad. (or you can navigate the website for the "no-download client", which is what this is.)

For now, the wheel don't work for me at all on mobile and on computer.

The wheel isn't rigged if that's what you mean.The wheel is just not a wheel like it looks with 8 parts but more a wheel with 1000 parts and probably more.
There are 7 prize parts and 1 zero. With a wheel of 8 parts you would have 87,5 % chance of winning a prize and 12,5 % to land on zero.
With the 888 wheel the biggest prize is only 1 part of 1000 , the second best has 2 and the next maybe 3 maybe even some more.

In the wheel previous to this one I won practically every day with the wheel. Most of the time is was the cheapest prize , that was then a ticket to a $ 1500 tournament that ran twice a day. I think I have won every prize on that wheel at least once , so also the biggest prize of $33,00 big fish ticket and a few times a 5,5 big fish ticket. With that wheel I seldom landed on zero , maybe 1 in 50 times.

With the present wheel , the snowball spinner , that suddenly has changed. Now I get a prize maybe 1 in 50 times. So it is my opinion that the have changed the odds for the wheel. I won with the old wheel about 95 % of the time now it is 95 % zero.

My current level is 145 on 888 , so it is not that I hardly play on 888. I have contacted them about it and asked if they had changed the odds for this wheel because of the big change with the previous wheel . But they don't make the odds public.

I can't imagine they changed the odds on purpose because the cheapest prize is a ticket to a tournament with a fixed prizepool.

They have changed the graphics on the spin wheel and now offer $3000 poker roulette tickets instead of the normal lucky chip.

Also I have just won a 0.10$ BLAST ticket from hitting the blast section on the wheel instead of the normal 1$ ticket. Hopefully they did not replace the 1$ ticket with this low vaule prize and the 1$ ticket is still available.

I have still been winning plenty of times since the snowball spinner graphics change. I have picked up big fish tickets, sport free bets, 20k IceCold Freeroll tickets, and BLAST tickets.

I am only level 26 and pay quite casually. The key is to spin twice daily if you want to win better prizes more often.

Well for me the winning on the wheel is definitely past tense. I really thought that it was random but it is indeed fixed . I never really looked at the T&C. If I did I would have seen point 7 .

Odds of winning vary between players depending on gaming and deposit activity.

I contacted support what this meant and got this answer .

"As you've been with us since 2011, deposited $25 and have received $762 in bonuses, your odds of winning great prizes from this spin will not be as great as someone who has been with us for a shorter period, deposited and played more and received fewer bonuses."

So they admit the wheel is fixed and not the same for every player. If you are "new " or depositing a lot then the wheel will be kind.
This is very much right when I look at my wheel results the last days again. I am starting to keep track now .

It is wrong to make people believe that by spinning the wheel every day stands a chance of winning when you dont...

But I think its a gimick to bring the customers through the door each day to check and I dont come for the spin wheel I do go there for all the Freerolls, and i spend money once a month just so I can still take part in the freerolls or I'd spend else where....

Well It is very sad to know the wheel is biased towards depositors. Now I know why I never hit Casino freeplay on the wheel. Because, I only wager 10 cents to win Casino mix up tourney on thursday.

I barely even do that but it looks like i still get these freeplays more often than you then.

However this week that spin have been pretty much total nightmare - between monday and saturday i used it 12 times(2 per day) and i only got "no win" - obviously first spin today gave finally that poker roulette ticket so i assume next spin which is available in 10 hours is probably another no win
