ACR Ticket unused

Hi All!

Could not used it upon winning it, and since then - no such MTT's or Satelites are available for the Entry amount. Is there any way to exchange that ticket with ACR?
Anyone with such an experience to share?

Even though it has an expiration date far in the future, it also has the name of a specific tournament. So if I had to make a qualified guess, its forfeited. But why not contact their support and ask? You literally have nothing to lose by trying, and they usually reply to emails within 24 hours

You can ask a mod. They used to exchange tickets for tourney bucks, but I was told that ended last October when I tried to exchange one last week.

U mean a acr support worker i guess? Yes this worked out for me too in the past and they exchanged me a 6 Dollar Mtt Ticket that was unusable.

It's happened to me before; they're for specific tournaments, so even if they're valid, they can't be used anymore.

I also encountered this problem in the past . I contacted the support team , once nly they gave me T$ if I remember correctly . But they said [hey wouldn't do that again . And they didn't .
